Verizon Fios Sucks Ass

Stay Away!!!

After canceling in September I have yet to receive the $200 they owe me.

For three weeks the installation clowns could not get the service hooked up correctly.

Every month I have to call and another service rep puts in for the refund.

Every refund gets rejected without notice.

Avoid Verizon at all cost.

Google Verizon Fios and see for yourself.

Prior to Fios I was a satisfied ten year Verizon DSL customer.
